 While traveling home from work this morning, I happened to overhear on one of the 'Urban Stations'  an unfortunate discussion that disturbed and annoyed me.       Apparently Hasely Crawford who bought glory and fame to this country over 50 years ago,by giving us it's first Olympic Gold medal,was shown the most disrespectful behavior by the UTT at NAPA by not inviting him to a panel discussion "Developing Home Grown Talent" in sport  Who better then to get feedback from? Mr. Crawford was not officially invited and took it upon himself to "storm " the proceedings.  Having a microphone in his hand , he claimed that he was " blacklisted by the press and others.    I'm pretty  sure Jamaicans don't treat their sporting heros with such disrespect.  I always remember the  late Calypsonian 'Explainer' sang a popular song on the way local heros are treated in this country.  This is not the first time disrespect was shown to Mr. Cra...

 In the worst massacre to happen in 1 day, 200 Catholic believers were the victims slaughtered by Muslim insurgents. Some were burned alive( as they sought shelter having been displaced),shot and macheted.Man, woman, child and infants. The Bible prophecy is being fulfilled.  Believers continue to die in His Name for their unwavering faith. We as fellow believers must remember them in our collective prayers,especially in the Muslim countries like,India,Pakistan,China,the Middle East etc  Local Clergy claim that earlier that evening, Police had repelled the attackers as they tried to storm a Church that had up to 700 sleeping within it's confines. Not satisfied, they moved onto a market square,where the blood thristy massacre began. These displaced persons were shown no mercy. May God have mercy on their souls. 

 Imagine this man is the only U.S. President to be impeached twice (2019-2021). What a way to make the Guiness Book of Records. I'm sure he's made it in there more times then any other President ( living or dead).     Trump's  response indicates a political strategy of confrontation causing tensions to further escalate. Final Thought: There may be future attempts to impeach him if he acts in ways as the Democrats would deem unconstitutional.  He's out of control  in my opinion.  It's only  matter of time before he acts up again.  Abuse of power in the worse way.

 Hot off the press, as Rep. Al Green of Texas ( not the singer), has attempted to file impeachment proceedings against President Trump.       Ever since he took office in November, people on social media have been clamoring for this to happen up to today. What prompted this action was Trump's unauthorized airstrikes on Iran without the authorization from Congress. He failed  to notify them of his intentions. The man is a run away horse. He just abuses his authority over and over again. His response to all this was to act like "Dirty Harry" by quoting " Make my day". This man is unbelievable.  He dismissed the efforts as "political theater". He's not taking this seriously in my opinion. 

 Once again the world has been plunged into tragedy due the plane crash of another Boeing  aircraft.  How many times must this continue to happen with these aircrafts and loss of life? An Air India Flight 171, Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner crashed onto a medical college  hostel in the Meghaningar neighborhood of Ahmedabad  just as it took off on a flight to London. All  12 crew members and 230 passengers died. 28 people on the ground died also. By God's grace there was 1 survivor. A 40 year old  British national of Indian heritage. I believe God has special  assignment on this earth and I hope he recognizes it as the merciful hand of God. From all reports I heard his seat was re- assigned to a lady. If that  wasn't the hand of God, I don't know what is.  It's amazing what's going on in Los Angeles. Things seemed to have cooled down somewhat in that city. I still want to touch on some aspects of what went down.  What Started it All Innocent migrants who were in the process or regularising their status, were unceremoniously snatched off the streets and treated like criminals.  This was the crux of the matter. People who were upset about the treatment demonstrated quietly until the President took it into his head to send for ICE agents and that started the madness of which we've been witnessing for the past few days. Imagine citizens be trampled by horses  and assaulted.  What utter madness. Families being torn apart and children traumatized.  It would seem the President has declared war on the City of Angeles. Black and Brown people seemed to be the principal targets of the ICE  raids, which as a woman of color deeply disturbs me. My thoughts and prayers are with the people of the USA.    Immigration raids trigger widespread protests in Los Angeles.  What started out as peaceful protests due to the arrest of undocumented immigrants, escalated into chaos when President Trump ordered ICE  agents and later on the Marines on the scene, which fueled tensions even further resulting in total anarchy.  In a dictatorial  move, Trump had deployed these armed forces  to quell the riots was like setting a torch on fire. It has gotten totally out of hand. In my humble opinion, the President abused his authority by going over the head of Governor  Newsom by not informing him of his intention to send out these enforcers.Total disrespect.
